Check out several new pictures in the Cake Gallery...a 3-D nutcracker and a revolving Christmas tree, which both stood over a foot tall. These cakes were so fun to make...lots of little details so check them out in the pictures. They were pound and chocolate chip.
Also new is a variation of the Eagles jersey cake, my most popular design. This one has the birthday's boy name and "22" to mark his 22nd birthday. The jersey was airbrushed and has metallic trim and "sleeves" to look like the real thing. Happy Birthday!!
Finally, I am making alot of buttercreams and truffles these days. The most popular are the classic buttercream and chocolate chip cookie dough with walnuts. The candy centers are then hand dipped in rich, semisweet chocolate for a treat that really is to die for. I need to stop eating so many myself!!
